Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? If your order isn’t as it should be, you have 60 days from receipt of delivery to return your new, unused items for a refund.

Unwanted gifts can be refunded to the original purchaser’s method of payment. All items should be returned in original, unworn condition and in the original packaging.

Remember, all of Chanteur Designs’ products also have a 1 year warranty , so if something goes awry within that time, get in touch and we'll sort out an exchange or refund for you.

Please contact support@chanteurdesigns.com with your order number and a description of why you’re returning, and, assuming your order is eligible, we’ll give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions for the return.

Exchanges

Exchange requests should be submitted to support@chanteurdesigns.com within 60 days of the arrival of your package. Please retain the original packaging.

If you made an error when purchasing online, and you’ve caught it within 48hrs, contact support right away and we should be able to adjust your order.
